I am happy to say that I am not making the same old mistakes and seem to be making less new ones. That's what I love about the 30's. You finally start living life as your true self and stop trying to fit in and please everyone. I also am humble enough now to know when I have screwed up, accept it and learn from it. Can't wait to see how brilliant I will be at 60 + : )

I am always making "mistakes", old & new. And I love it 'cause it means I'm putting myself out there. And I'm getting better at just chalking them up as learning experiences.

I've decided to think of it like this...since none of us are perfect (no matter how hard we try), then if we aren't actively making mistakes then we aren't moving and growing in our lives. We should actually TRY for mistakes huh?

I think it's taken me until I'm 30 to realize that most of the challenges in my life have a pattern. It has taken awhile to recognize the pattern. I am learning to avoid the same mistakes by avoiding the same actions that caused the mistake in the first place. But let's face it. Sometimes it's just funner to make the mistake and not worry about being perfect all of the time lol!
