I've been sewing....
for the last two weeks! I took some patterns I already had for some simple dresses and capris and tweeked them and added my own appliques. I picked up some hanes t-shits and fancied them up with some more self created appliques. I actually used a bunch of old scrapbook templates for the applique patterns. I hand stitched most of the appliques because I wanted a blanket stich or a wonky zig-zag. The girls are loving thier new school outfits and I'm pretty darned proud of my very siimple creations!

WOW!!! you did all that in two weeks??? You are a total WonderWoman!!! I love the appliques you did and when it came to the last pics of the hanes shirt with the vw cars, my ds reached over and said slug bug three times and lightly punched my arm! LOL!!! So cute Anita!!! TFS!

You go girl! The outfits look so cute and girly. I LOVE those first dresses. Where in the heck did you get that blue and yellow toile? I NEED that. I also have one of the striped fabric that you have.
