I agree about the snooze button! Thankfully I'm usually just getting into deep sleep so I don't hear my dh's alarm, or him moving around the room or shaving. (Our bathroom sink is in between our closet and bedroom. It's odd but we like it except when the other is up at some odd hour using the sink. Like me brushing my teeth when I do finally go to bed.)

I haven't started taking anything to get to sleep as of yet. I may soon though if this doesn't stop.

I was super lucky last night and slept pretty good, but only to the thanks of some Ambien! ugh...not sure why, but i just can't sleep without help now a days. I have a crazy feeling it has to do with some sort of food allergy--weird I know, but I have read it can happen.

If i don't take the Ambien, my habit is fall asleep around 10pm...wake up between 2-3am and have to get up, have a drink of milk (and usually sneak a bite of chocolate or soy icecream) and then read or surf online for about an hour (Confessions of a CF Husband & Rosie's blog are my faves in the middle of the night--weird huh? don't ask me why!)

Then i'll head back to bed around 4am and just slip back into a good snooze a little before my DH's hubby's alarm goes of at 5am AND HE HITS SNOOZE FOR A FREAKIN HOUR!!!!! seriously I think the snooze button on alarm clocks is my version of getting bad karma!

I did get some really good sleep and Sunday is my sleep in day so I got to sleep in until 9:30! YAY! Now I'm just dealing with a sick son. He had a high temp this morning but I got it down. Now he's napping and I'm going to run some errands since my dh is home.

Glad to hear I am not the only one that deals with this not sleeping. Of course, not glad that others are dealing with sleep deprivation also though. I hope you both were able to get some good sleep in too.

I'm up too, actually I see I'm the last one on the website now. Sorry, I didn't see your blog post till now because I was busy writing one too! LOL!! And, uploading music :o)
